ReZEN’s Self Service Team Management feature makes it easier than ever to invite an agent that is not currently at Real to your Team and track their onboarding progress all within the My Team tab in reZEN!
Note: This process can be done by anyone with the Team Leader or Team Manager roles on the team.
To invite an agent who is already a Real agent and joining your team, please reach out to Teams@therealbrokerage.com to get started!

- Create Invitation
- Review Configuration
- Send Invitation
- Teammate Completes Application and Signs Team Addendum
- Team Leader Signs Team Addendum
- Teammate is Active on the Team
To invite an agent to join both Real and your team, follow the steps below:

Go to the Team Profile in reZEN
Navigate to the My Team Tab in reZEN and click +Add to Team.
2. Create Invitation
- Next, select Teammate.
- To invite your new Teammate via Email, enter the agent’s First and Last name and Email Address
- Choose their Cap amount. Most Teams will have the option to choose either a $6K or $12K Cap to Real ($7.5K or $15K CAD).
3. Review Teammate Configuration
The Teammate’s Fees will automatically be set to the default configuration you have set up for your team (if you have questions about the default please contact Teams@therealbrokerage.com.)

Individual Fee - the amount of each fee that the Team Member is responsible for
(if any fee shows less than 100%, then the Team Leader(s) is paying the remainder of that fee):- Split - 15% split to Real until you meet your Real Cap per anniversary year
- CBR - $40 Compliance and Broker Review Fee per transaction (As of September 1, 2026, this fee will change to $50 per transaction).
- Brokerage - $750 Annual Brokerage Fee, paid in 3 equal installments of $250 on each of your first 3 transactions per anniversary year (As of September 1, 2026, this fee will change to $900 for the first 3 transactions per anniversary year).

Post Cap Trx. - $285 Fee incurred once the Real Cap is met per anniversary year (this fee reduces to $129 per transaction once either the agent or their Team Leader meets Elite Agent status)

You can now click "Send Invite"

To set a custom configuration for this Teammate
- Simply click the "Override default team fees?" toggle:

Leader's Fees tab
- Leader's Split - the Team Split percentage due to the Team Leader listed per transaction
- Payment On Behalf of Teammate - how much of this Teammate’s Real Fees will be covered by the Team (the Individual Fees above, if applicable)
- If the "Individual Fee: Split" is 0% above, this Team Split includes the 15% owed to Real for your Real Cap

Team's Fees tab
- Team Cap - similar to a Real Cap, this is a Cap limit put in place by the Team and when you have met it, you no longer pay the Team Split for the rest of your anniversary year (if applicable)
- Team Pre Cap - flat fee due to the Team on each transaction prior to meeting the Team Cap
- Team Post Cap - flat fee due to the Team on each transaction after meeting the Team Cap (if applicable)
4. Send Invitation
Then, send your invite via email to the Teammate!
5. Teammate Receives Email Invitation and Completes Application
Teammate will receive an email with a link to begin their Real Application, which will include an overview of the compensation configuration you just created and the Team Addendum required to join your team. 6. Team Leader Signs Team Addendum
Once your new Teammate has completed their application and signed their Team Addendum and ICA, the Team Leader must also sign the Team Addendum.
Once ready, the Team Leader will see a banner on the My Team tab in reZEN prompting them to sign the Team Addendum.
- Please contact Teams@therealbrokerage.com if you do not see this banner in your Team Page or if you need any additional help.
- If it's preferred that Team Manager(s) also have access to sign the Team Member Addendum on behalf of the Team Leader(s), please let us know and we can enable that.
7. Teammate Activated at Real and on Team
Once the Team Addendum is signed by both parties, and the Teammate’s onboarding is complete (license is transferred, etc.), the Teammate will be active on the Team and can immediately begin using reZEN as a Teammate!
