To begin the process of applying to Real, an invitation must be sent by the Team Leader or Team Manager.

Once a Team Leader or Team Manager sends an invitation to a new Teammate, the Teammate will receive an email inviting them to complete the Real Application and sign the ICA and Team Addendum.

When the Teammate gets to the Agent Type page of the application, your team information should be prefilled based on the information in the invitation.
Once the application is submitted, the Teammate will move on to signing their onboarding documents.
The first thing they will see is the Compensation Plan. The Compensation Plan details the split the Teammate will pay to the team, as well as the portion of any Real Fees the Teammate will pay. (The Team Leader may have elected to pay a portion of the Teammate’s Real Fees on their behalf.)
Then, sign the Team Agreement Addendum, which details the agreement between Real, the Teammate, and the Team Leader.
Finally, the Teammate will sign the ICA, pay the Application Fee, and submit the entire application. From here, the Onboarding Team will ensure that the agent’s license is transferred and any other steps are completed.
The Teammate will receive an email officially welcoming them to Real once the onboarding process is complete and their reZEN profile is ready for them to login!
