Steps to Onboard your Team at Real
Welcome to Real! We are excited to have you join us.
To improve the quality of your Onboarding & ensure your Team Members
are set up properly on your team, please complete the steps below.

| Pre-Onboarding | |
| 1 |
Schedule and hold a Discovery Call with your Team Specialist. The goal of the Discovery Call is to: (1) understand your team structure; and (2) walk you through the Onboarding Process. |
| 2 | Complete Team Roster (agent names, emails, Caps, and Sponsor (if applicable)) and send to Team Specialist. |
| 3 |
As the Team Leader, complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) Join Application (which includes the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and Application Fee). The following items are needed to complete the application:

| 4 | Sign Team Leader Addendum sent by Real. |
| 5 | Team Specialist will coordinate with the State Broker regarding Team Name approval, any physical Brick & Mortar locations, signage, and advertising. |
| 6 | Team Leader and TC/Admin(s) attend Team Success Training with your Team Success Manager, ideally a week prior to license activations begin, to learn how to set up your reZEN account, navigate reZEN, enter deals, and get paid. |
| 7 | Team Specialist with send each member and admin of your team a Real Join Application Invitation via email. |
| Onboarding/License Transfer Day | |
| 9 | License Transfer Day: Team Specialist will coordinate with our Onboarding Coordinators and State Brokers to transfer the agents’ licenses. |
| Post-Onboarding | |
| 10 | Connect with your State/Provincial Broker via Workvivo State/Province space. |
| 11 | Visit and Bookmark the Real KnowledgeBase to understand all resources and benefits with Real. |
| 12 | If you are managing your own CRM through Lofty, attend Lofty Agent Training. |
| 13 | Your Team formation is complete and we will be doing regular check-ins, but please let us know if you have any questions: Teams@TheRealBrokerage.com. |

U.S. Team Member Onboarding Checklist:
- Attend Real Onboarding - Wednesdays @ 2PM ET for everything you need to know to get started: completing onboarding, transitioning into Real, an introduction to reZEN and our agent tools, support resources, Real’s key benefits and programs, and your first steps as a Real agent.
- Attend Real Transaction Training - Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 1PM ET to learn how to enter listings and transactions, understand the steps to getting paid, process referral payments, and properly terminate listings or transactions.
- Attend Navigating Real's Technology to learn how to effectively use Real Signature, Real Academy, and Workvivo to help you work smarter and more efficiently.
- Attend Marketing Training - Mondays @ 1PM ET to learn about the many marketing resources available to help you build your brand.
- Attend Real's Benefits and Programs to understand what is offered and how to access benefits and programs exclusive to Real Agents.
- Attend Ways to Earn Income at Real to learn more about Real’s wealth-building opportunities like stock and equity, Elite Agent status, revenue share, and more.
