If your listing does not populate in MAXA through the property search tool, we have the option to enter the information manually. So any listing you have can populate listing details into a MAXA design.
Your first step is to open MAXA and browse the available designs. You can find detailed instructions on how to locate MAXA here: How to Login to MAXA. Select the design you want to get started.

The available pre-made designs will be in the design library on the left-hand side.
Once you have selected a design you love, use the Manual Listing button to get started.
You will be prompted to enter all required information. Be as detailed as possible. The more details, the more information MAXA has available to create your design!
You will be asked to enter a description of your listing, copy and paste your listing description or allow MAXA to help you write one.
Select Write with AI, and enter your prompt. MAXA will quickly provide you with a detailed description that you can edit, shorten, or expand as you choose.
Then upload your listing pictures. The more images you have to upload, the better!
Lastly, confirm the listing is yours and you have written permission to use this property and its content for the marketing by checking the box on the left.
Then click Create Listing!
Your listing is ready to use. To create your design, first select the listing, then select Create. MAXA will then create the design from the listing details you entered.
Once you’d manually added your listing to the system, you can reuse those details on any other design in the library. Just browse the available options in the design library on your main dashboard. Select a category and see all of the available designs. Hover over the one you prefer and select Create. You will be prompted to select Create Design once more.
You will then select your manually added listing and select Create at the bottom.
What about MAXA Marketing Packages?
We can manually enter listings for Marketing Packages as well! In the main dashboard in the top left corner, select Marketing Packages and then My Listings.
If your listing is not part of an MLS we are connected to, you can add the listing manually.
Just like a singular design, you will be prompted to enter the listing information, and when completed, click Create Listing.
Your manually entered listing will appear in the Marketing Packages section under My Listings. You can click View Packages to view the Packages MAXA has created for any added listing.
While the automated feed isn't available for all properties, we want to be sure you have a workaround to enter your listings and create your designs. We understand this adds a couple extra steps, but it will still allow you to expedite your design process by populating your data into various assets.
