If you need additional help with MAXA, there are a couple ways to get resources and assistance.
Tutorials
MAXA offers a video library full of how-to videos that help viewers navigate their various tools and features. These on-demand videos make it easy to learn on your time without assistance from a support team.
- Log into your MAXA account.
- In the top navigation bar, click on the tutorials button.
- On the tutorials page, you can scroll through and browse all the videos available or use the search bar to narrow the results to specific keywords.
Support Tab
In the top Navigation bar in MAXA, there is a support tab. This tab offers 2 support options:
- Get Support: This is a direct form to the MAXA team where you can ask questions and receive direct support from the MAXA team.
- Contact Print Support: If you have questions regarding any signs or print materials you ordered through the MAXA platform, the Contact Print Support option will open an email where you can message the MAXA print team directly.
- Help Center: This button directs you to the MAXA Knowledge Base Library where you have access to all kinds of articles related to their tools and features. This is another on-demand option where you can learn without needing assistance from a support team.
