NOTE: Only select US properties can auto-create listing marketing packages and be shared with Leo. These are properties that are covered by MLS feeds the MAXA platform supports. For properties located in non-supported MLS locations, agents will have to manually add their listing to a package in the MAXA platform to emulate the design suite auto-populate feature. Click here to learn how to manually create a listing marketing package in MAXA.
If your listing is supported by the MAXA MLS feed, be sure to add your listing into your MLS first, then add your Listing information in reZEN. This process ensures Leo can find the listing details correctly to serve you the correct marketing designs.
If your listing is in both a MAXA supported MLS and in reZEN but doesn't pull up in the marketing package section, complete this form and the MAXA<>Real team will investigate.
Marketing packages that were emailed to you or produced for you via Leo can easily be accessed in MAXA—Real’s tech-forward design tool built to make you and your marketing materials shine.
Go to maxa.onereal.com for instant access to the MAXA platform. Logging into MAXA requires your reZen credentials for single sign-on, so be ready to provide your ReZen username and password (if you haven’t already logged into ReZen from the device you’re working from).
Once at your MAXA Dashboard, find and click on the Marketing Packages tab in the far left navigation bar.
To see packages made for a listing, click on Listing Packages in the left navigation and select “My Listings” from the sub-category drop down.
From here, all listing packages that have been created for you can be found here. Select “view package" for the property to review all the packages that have been created for that listing (multiple packages would have been made depending on changes in the listing status).
From here, you’ll be presented with all the available designs that were crafted for the property and are ready for you to start using immediately.
