Step 1: Find a Market Update Design
- Log into the Maxa Design Platform.
- In either the Digital Templates or the Print Templates section in the left navigation, Look for designs labeled "Market Updates".
- Select a design that you like and click "Create the design."
Step 2: Choose Your Market Area and Timeframe
This is where you tell the tool what data you want to pull.
-
Add Your Location: A box will appear asking for a location. You can enter a:
- City
- County
- Specific Neighborhood (as long as it has enough data to populate statistics).
-
Select Your Date Range: Choose the time period you want the data to cover:
- You can select one month, a quarter, an entire year, or create a custom range.
- Crucial Tip: As you select the date range (e.g., "Quarter 3 of 2025"), make sure all the selected months are highlighted in this section. If they're not highlighted, the data won't show up in your design.
- Click Apply.
Step 3: Specify Property Types
Tell the tool what kind of listings you want to include in the statistics:
- All Residential
- Single Family Homes
- Condominiums
- You must make a selection for the next step to work.
Step 4: Populate and Create Your Design
- After you make all three selections (Location, Date Range, and Property Type), the tool will show you all the available statistics for that region.
- Click "Add the location" to confirm the data.
- Tell the platform to "Create" the design.
- Your design is now populated! You'll see a professional graphic with the specific market data you requested.
Final Steps: Save and Download
Save Your Work
