NOTE: Only select US Properties are findable via the Property Search feature in MAXA by MLS feeds the MAXA platform supports. For properties located in non-supported MLS locations, agents will have to manually add their listing details into the MAXA platform to emulate the design auto-populate feature. Click here to learn how to manually add a listing into MAXA.
Auto-populating your listing detailing into a design in MAXA can be done in a few steps. Be sure to Log into maxa either via clicking the link in the Design Center portal or going to maxa.onereal.com to get started. Logging into MAXA requires your reZen credentials for single sign-on, so be ready to provide your ReZen username and password (if you haven’t already logged into ReZen from the device you’re working from).
Watch this tutorial to see all the steps in action.
Step 1: Select a Design and Search for Your Listing
To get started, you'll need to Select a design.
- Select a design template and click Create Design.
- Next, you'll be taken to the Property area. From here, you can search for your listing by entering either the property address or the MLS number into the search bar.
As you type, a list of corresponding listings will appear. Select the correct one from the dropdown menu.
Can't find your listing in MAXA? Properties are findable via the Property Search feature in MAXA by
1) MLS feeds the MAXA platform supports or by
2) Listing information entered in reZEN.
Once your listing is entered into the MLS, be sure to add the MLS number to your reZEN listing transaction to make it easier for MAXA to find and connect to the property search.
If your listing is in both a MAXA supported MLS and in reZEN but doesn't pull up in the MAXA property search, complete this form and the MAXA<>Real team will investigate.
Step 2: Review and Adjust Property Details
After selecting your listing, all the available data from the MLS will be displayed. This includes the price, address, photos, and a full description.
- Description: The MLS description automatically populates into your template (If a spot for description is built into the design). Be mindful of the character max for each template, as it can vary. The system will show you how many characters are being pulled from the MLS.
- Use AI to Shorten the Description: To ensure your description fits, you can use the built-in AI tool. Simply click Shorten, and the AI will automatically reduce the character count to fit the template's specifications. You can also manually type a custom description if you prefer.
Step 3: Select and Upload Photos
The number of photos you can pull into a design is limited by the template. The system will indicate how many photos you can select.
- To select photos, simply click on the ones you want to include. The selected photos will be numbered.
- Upload All Photos: For more flexibility, you can choose to upload all the photos from the listing into your image library. This allows you to choose and arrange photos within the design editor later.
- Check the disclaimer box under the images to Confirm you have permission to market this listing. Then click Create to generate the design.
Step 4: Finalizing and Making Edits in the Design Studio
Once you create the design, the system will work its magic, and your selected information will automatically populate the template.
- Make Adjustments: If needed, you can move elements like the description box to fit better.
- Accessing All Photos: If you choose to upload all photos, they will be saved in a new folder in your image library labeled with the property's address.
- Replacing a Photo: To replace a photo in your design, simply click on the image placeholder on the template. This will activate the photo selection tool, allowing you to choose a new photo from your uploads folder to replace it. You can then drag the corners of the image to resize it within the placeholder.
Need to Change Listings?
If you want to start over and populate the design with a different listing, navigate to the Integrations tab and select Property Search. You can re-do the entire search from the beginning and pull in a new set of data. This is also useful if you forgot to upload all the photos the first time and want to get them into your uploads folder.
