If you are a Sponsor and you become non-producing, leave Real, or your license with Real is terminated - you will not be able to receive revenue share.

Agents must be active and close $450 in splits to Real during a 6 month period to be considered producing and eligible to receive Revenue Share as Sponsors. Please refer to our Producing Agent policy for additional information.

If you leave the firm or if you receive a Termination letter from Real due to your license being terminated - then your profile in reZEN will be deactivated and you will not be able to receive Revenue Share. Your role as a Sponsor will also be deactivated.
If your license has been deactivated:
- If you receive a termination letter due to an Board of Realtors/MLS payment - please resolve your payment with your Board/MLS, then contact the Support team and we can then help coordinate your license reactivation at Real.

Once your license is reactivated with Real:

If your license was reactivated within 365 days of termination:
- Your profile and your network will be able to be restored!
- This means you will be reactivated as a Sponsor for the agents in your network
- You will also be able to receive Revenue Share after your license is reactivated, if you are listed as a "Producing" agent in reZEN

Please keep in mind, you will not be able to receive revenue share during the time period when your license was terminated and your profile was deactivated in our system

If your license was reactivated after 365 days of termination:
- We will set up a new profile for you in the reZEN
- Your network will not be able to be restored
- You will have the ability to rebuild your network with new agent Sponsorships, however your prior sponsorships will be deactivated
