If your sponsor left on or after August 14th, 2025, you can name a new Co-Sponsor 30 days after your Sponsor leaves Real. At that time, you can name a new Co-Sponsor, and Real assumes the other Co-Sponsor spot.
If you qualify, 30 days after your Sponsor leaves Real, you will see a banner appear in your reZEN profile allowing you to name a new Co-Sponsor.
Then, you can choose your new Co-Sponsor, or connect with our Growth Team for help in choosing a new Co-Sponsor. Once you've made your selection, confirm your choice, and you are all set!
Please note: This decision is FINAL and you do not have the ability to change this once you select your new Co-Sponsor.
Additional Details
- You will only have the ability to name a new Co-Sponsor if you have only one Sponsor and that Sponsor leaves Real. If you have 2 Co-Sponsors and one or both leave, you cannot name a new Co-Sponsor.
- If your Sponsor left Real before August 14th, 2025, you cannot name a new Co-Sponsor.
- There is a 30-day grace period for Sponsoring Agents to return to Real if they choose. If your Sponsor returns to Real within 30 days, they will retain full sponsorship. You will not see the option to name a new Co-Sponsor until after the 30-day grace period has elapsed.
- If your Sponsor returns after 30 days, they will take Real's place as Co-Sponsor, and your newly named Co-Sponsor will remain.
- Example: Amy's sponsor Connor leaves Real. After the 30 day grace period, Amy names a new Co-Sponsor, Dayton, and Real becomes Amy's other Co-Sponsor. A year later, Connor decides to return to Real. Connor assumes Real's place as Co-Sponsor, and now Amy has 2 Co-Sponsors, Connor and Dayton.
