Yes. Referral transactions are treated like normal transactions and are subject to splits and fees. Below is a breakdown of what you can expect.
Commission Split
Real offers an 85/15 commission split to all agents. Real takes 15% of the commission until the agent hits the annual cap.
NOTE: If this is your Capping Transaction, you will pay a minimum of $285 US/$375 CAD. If your cap is less than $285 US/ $375 CAD, you will see amounts in both your Real Split and Transaction Fee, and they will equal $285 US/$375 CAD.

Transaction Fee
Once you cap, Real charges a $285 USD transaction fee ($275 CAD transaction fee) or 15%, whichever is less, and it pertains to all referral transactions.
Additional Fees
Real will also assess the CBR Fee and any outstanding annual brokerage fees, if you have not yet paid all three brokerage fees for the current anniversary year.
