Commission Split
Real offers an 85/15 commission split to all agents. Real takes 15% of the commission until the agent hits the annual cap.

Transaction Fee
Once you cap, Real charges a $285 USD transaction fee ($275 CAD transaction fee) or 15%, whichever is less, on each sale transaction and a $125 USD transaction fee ($125 CAD transaction fee) or 15%, whichever is less, per lease transaction.
Additional Fees
Real will also assess the BEOP fee (for U.S. agents only) and any outstanding annual brokerage fees, if you have not yet paid all three brokerage fees for the current anniversary year.
