Can I pay a referral without the W9 and EIN for the referral agent?

No. We require a W9 on file for anyone we send funds to, including outgoing referrals. This is required to ensure we comply with applicable tax laws and regulations requiring us to pay a licensed individual. 

Please ask the referring agent to provide a W9 for their brokerage so we can verify their identity and report their taxable income properly.
