Why don’t I see “Deposit Real’s Check” on my transaction?

If you do not see the Deposit Real’s Check button, there are a few things you should check:

1. Is your transaction compliant?
   • Your broker must review and mark your transaction compliant before the option to Deposit Real’s Check appears.
   • This is indicated by the status in green in the upper right-hand corner of your transaction. 

• If your transaction is not compliant, follow the instructions below:
  • Step 4: Broker Approval - US
  • Step 4: Broker Approval for Conveyance - Canada

2. Have you sent your commission document?
   • You must approve your commission calculation and send the commission document before the option to Deposit Real’s Check Appears.
   • This is indicated by the green Commission Document Sent status in the upper right-hand corner.

• If your commission document has not been sent, follow the instructions below:
  • Step 5: Send the CDA
  • Step 5: Approve Commission & Trade Record Sheet - Canada

Once your transaction is marked compliant by your broker, your commission calculation is approved, CDA sent, and the estimated closing date has passed, the Deposit Real’s check will appear!
