- Is your transaction in the Commission Document Sent status?
- You should see this status on your transaction: or
- If you do not see this status, please complete Step 5: Send the CDA before trying to deposit the commission check.
- Unable to take a photo? How to change the camera settings on your phone.
- Not accepting your check? Make sure:
- All four corners are in the photo
- You place the check on a dark background.
If you checked all the above items and are still unable to use Mobile Deposits, please deposit the check at the nearest Chase Bank or mail the check to Real's Accounting Team:

How to Change the Camera Settings on Your Phone
If you see a blank screen (like the one below), you may need to update the camera settings on your phone to give Real reZEN access to your camera.
How to update Camera Settings:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to the Real reZEN App and click it.
- Make sure the Camera is toggled on.
