What fees are owed on a consultation fee?

In some states, agents may receive payments for work other than sale commissions.  This may include Broker Letters of Opinion / Opinion of Value, consultation fees, bonuses, and any other funds collected as payment for services.

All payments for services by Real Agents must be processed through the brokerage and entered into reZEN.  Payments for services outside of commissions are subject to the same splits and fees that are charged on a transaction.
