Do we deposit the full check for a referral?

Yes. All the funds need to be deposited into the originating transaction. 

Example:

• $10,000 commission check
• $2,500 paid as referral fee
• $10,000 needs to be transferred to the original transaction.
• Do not remove money to account for the referral. 
• When we close, we will generate an outgoing payment that transfers money from the original transaction to the referral transaction.
• If the referring agent is at Real, we will close the referral transaction and pay out the referral agent.
