Real Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA) Disclosure Statement

Please add the Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statements (ABA) to the appropriate transaction paperwork if it is required in your state. You can access the appropriate disclosure(s) for your state in two ways:

1. Access the ABA template from your State Library in Real Signature.
2. Download a PDF of the ABA for your state from the table below.

Access the ABA Disclosure in Real Signature

The ABAs for each state where this disclosure is required have been added to the Documents Library.  You can make a copy of the appropriate ABA and add it to your document templates.  This makes it easy to send the document to your clients for signature or add it to a packet.

To access and use the ABA from your state Document Library in Real SIgnature follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click Real Signature in the left side menu in reZEN.

Step 2: Navigate to your State Document Library by clicking Document Templates, then Library.  Then choose the state that corresponds with the ABA you want to use.

Step 3: Find the document labeled ABA Disclosure for your state and click the 3 dot icon on the right side. Then select Move Copy To.

Step 4: Select the My Templates folder (or any folder to which youd like to add this document) and then Move as Copy.  This will create a copy of the ABA and add it to your document templates so that you are able to edit and send the document.

Step 5: That’s it!  Now you have a copy of the ABA for your state in My Templates.

Now that a copy of the ABA template has been added to your templates, you can edit and send the document, or you can add this document to a packet.  For more information about how to create a packet in Real Siganture, click here: How to Create a Packet in Real Signature

Pro Tip!: If you are adding the ABA to a packet, be sure to edit the document and adjust the roles to “Buyer 1” and “Buyer 2” or “Seller 1” and Seller 2” to ensure that the roles are uniform throughout your packet.
