When will I be paid?

Once our team receives funds from closing, you should receive your payment within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

Once your payment is processed by our team, you will see Payment Scheduled in your transaction and receive an email letting you know your payment has been processed (Subject: Payday! Your Payment has been scheduled). This means the funds have left our bank account and are en route to your bank account. Your funds should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

Overall payment times very on a few key variables:

1. How were funds remitted to Real? The sooner we receive the commission funds, the sooner we can process and close your file. Please work with Title to deposit funds electronically. Funds sent by mail will incur additional processing times. For tips:

2. How quickly does your bank process funds? Bank processing times vary. You should expect 3 - 5 business days, depending on your bank.
