When will I receive Revenue Share?

You will receive Revenue Share on or about the 15th of the month following the date a transaction is processed in reZEN. Please note: this is the date that Real closes the transaction. Please work with sponsored agents to make sure all closing documents are uploaded to the transaction and funds are remitted quickly so we can close quickly and pay you quickly. 

During the month, Revenue Share you earn will appear in Pending Earnings in the Revenue Share module in reZEN. Once the month is over, your total Revenue Share Earnings will be calculated and payment will be processed on or about the 15th. 

Example:

• March 1 - 31: Earn Revenue Share on all transactions closed by Real during this period. 
  
  • If a Tier 2 agent closes on March 5 and Real processes the transaction on March 7th, we will review how many producing Tier 1 agents you have on March 7 to determine whether Tier 2 is unlocked.
  • If a Tier 3 agent closes a transaction on March 18th and Real processes the transaction on March 19th, we will review how many producing Tier 1 agents you have on March 7 to determine whether Tier 2 is unlocked. 
• April 5: March closes. Real will calculate all revenue share earned in March and send this to you on or about April 15th. 
• ~April 15: Receive Revenue Share earnings from March.
