Once you enter your deal (or listing) in reZEN, you need to upload your transaction documents. Complete this at least 7 days prior to closing.

If you see the below status on your transaction, you probably need to upload documents to your transaction checklist.

How to find your Transaction Checklist:
STEP 1: Login to reZEN. Click Transactions on the left hand side and find the transaction in question. Click the eyeball "view" button to open the transaction.
STEP 2: Click Checklist on the transaction. If you see Required next to any item, you must upload that document.

If Applicable: Only required in some situations. Your Broker may change this to required.
- Optional: Not always required, but you may still upload.
STEP 3: Click Upload to select a document from your device or file cabinet.

You have several options to upload documents:

Upload from your computer/phone
STEP 1: Click Upload next to the checklist item, then click from this device.
STEP 2: This will open a popup. Select the document you want to upload.
It's that easy! Once the item is uploaded, the status will change to Pending. This means it's ready for your Broker to review.
Once you've uploaded all your transaction documents, you're ready for Step 4: Broker Approval. Don't forget: you will need to upload all closing documents immediately upon receipt (see Step 6: Close)
Email Documents to your file cabinet
Send documents to your transaction's unique email address. Documents will be uploaded to your transaction's file cabinet so you can easily associate them with checklist items. Click here to learn how to use the feature in 1 minute.
Step 1: Copy your transaction's unique email.
Step 2: Paste this email into an email. Attach all the files you need to send and click Send.
Step 3: Go back to your transaction in reZEN, click File Cabinet. Your files will appear in the File Cabinet in a matter of minutes.
If you have a large document (packet) that contains many checklist items, you can click the scissors icon to split the PDF and assign to various checklist items. Learn more - Split & Attach.
Step 4: Click Checklist to go back to your checklist. Scroll to the checklist item you want to update and click Upload > From File Cabinet.
Step 5: Select the file you want to assign to the checklist item. Then click Attach.
It's that easy! Once the item is uploaded, the status will change to Pending. This means it's ready for your Broker to review.

Drag & Drop Files to your Filing Cabinet
Drag & Drop all your files to the File Cabinet. Click here to learn how to use the feature in 1 minute.
Step 1: Click File Cabinet to see your File Cabinet
Step 2: Drag and Drop files from your computer to the file cabinet. The files will appear in the bottom section.
