How can I update my W9 in the Mobile App?
To update on Desktop - click here: How to update on Real Desktop Site
- Login to the Real reZEN Mobile App
- On the Home Screen, click on the hamburger menu (3 lines) on the bottom right of the screen
- Then click on the See Profile link under your name in the upper left.
This will bring you to My Profile.
- In My Profile, scroll down and click on the Tax & Payout Settings button
- Your Tax & Payout Settings will open - scroll down and click on the Start Over link in the Tax Details & Payment Methods section
- Then click on the Confirm button.
- A wizard will open to walk you through the steps and help you get everything updated.
- Click on Let's Start - to update your Tax & Payout information.
Where can I update my W9 on the Real Desktop site?

- Login to reZEN: bolt.therealbrokerage.com
- Click My Dashboard on the left side navigation, then select the Tax and Payment Settings tab.
- In the Tax & Payment Settings tab, scroll down and click on Start Over
- Click Confirm in the Pop up box
- A wizard will open to walk you through the steps and help you get everything updated.
- Click on Let's Start - to update your Tax & Payout information.
