How do I fill out my W9?

The first time you log into reZEN, you will be prompted to enter your Tax and Payment information. 

When it is time to fill out your W9, you will see this screen asking for your tax information. Select W-9 and click Next.

The next screen will have you fill out your W-9 information. Complete all fields accordingly. Some things to keep in mind:

• If you are filing as an individual, enter your legal name in the Taxpayer or business name field, and your social security number for US tax ID number.
• If you are filing as a business entity, enter your company name in the Taxpayer or business name field, and your EIN for US tax ID number. 

Read through the certification text and sign by typing your name in the Your Signature field. Click Next and you are all set!
