You must have a valid social security number (SSN) on file to be paid. To add your social security number (or update it), please login to reZEN and go to the Tax Information section. You will also need to go to Payment Settings to make sure your tax form is correct.
- Your Social Security Number is encrypted and can only be viewed and edited by you.
- Please update this directly in reZEN - Real's Agent Experience Team cannot edit your information for you.
How to update on your phone (mobile):

Step 1: Click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the bottom right corner. Then, click See Profile and scroll to Tax Information.
Step 2: Click the pencil icon next to Social Security Number (SSN). This will open a module for you to enter your SSN.

Step 3: Go back to your profile (click the three lines in the bottom right and click See Profile) and scroll down to click on Payment Settings. Then, click Start Over.

Step 1: Login to reZEN. If you don't see your profile, click My Dashboard on the left side. Then, click the Overview tab.
Step 2: Scroll to the Personal Tax IDs section.
- Click Show to see your Social Security Number (SSN). Make sure this is correct.
- If your SSN is missing, click + Add - this is a required field.
- If you need to make changes, click Edit.

Step 3: Go back to your profile (click the three lines in the bottom right and click See Profile) and scroll down to click on Payment Settings. Then, click Start Over.
