Reserved Points:
- Points allocated to open transactions but not yet paid out
- Deducted from your available balance for other transactions
- Can be cancelled if transaction is still in an eligible state
- Shown in your Rewards history as “Reserved” with the transaction reference
Redeemed Points:
- Reserved points that convert to cash when your transaction closes
- Permanently deducted from your lifetime point balance
- Reflected in your transaction payout and Rewards history as “Redeemed”
Note: Redeeming points does not reduce or change your progress towards higher rewards status levels.
Example
- Agent earned 300,000 points in the last month
- Agent redeems 200,000 points on a transaction
- Agent is still only 50,000 points from Gold status (The 200,000 point redemption doe not affect your progress towards gold at all)
