Step 1: Locate a Transaction
- Navigate to your transaction in ReZEN
- Click the “Redeem Rewards” button next to “View Commission Documents”
OR
- Go to the Details tab
- Locate your Payment Participant box (the section showing what you owe to Real)
- Click the "Redeem Rewards" button next to your Real Fees
Step 2: Choose Your Redemption Amount
- Use the input field to select your redemption amount in dollars
- Minimum redemption: $1.00
- Maximum redemption: The lower of your available points value OR total fees owed to Real
- Watch the live calculation showing:
- Exact number of points required
Cash value being applied
Consider waiting for a higher status level
You may see a prompt to wait until you hit a higher status level where your earned and unused points would be worth a higher dollar value.
You can choose to:
- Proceed with your current redemption
- Defer and wait to use redeem your points have unlocked a higher status level
Step 3: Confirm Redemption
- Review your redemption summary
- Click Confirm
- Observe the adjustment to Real fees and your Net Payout
Status Lock-In Policy
Your redemption rate is locked when you reserve points on a transaction.
- If your status improves after reserving points, your redemption stays at the original (lower) rate
- If your status decreases after reserving points, your redemption stays at the original (higher) rate
- To capture a better rate after a status upgrade, you must cancel and re-add your redemption
Pro Tip: Check your status before redeeming! If you're close to reaching the next tier, consider waiting to maximize your point value.
Note: Redeeming points does not reduce or change your progress towards higher rewards status levels.
Example
- Agent earned 300,000 points in the last month
- Agent redeems 200,000 points on a transaction
- Agent is still only 50,000 points from Gold status (The 200,000 point redemption doe not affect your progress towards gold at all)
