It’s now easier than ever for buyers, sellers, and potential referrals to find you on onereal.com. Real’s improved Agent Search experience allows users to search by city or county, not just by name or state, making it more intuitive for people to find and choose you.
Adding your serviceable zip codes, cities, and/or counties into your reZEN profile can be done in a few simple steps.
1️. Log into reZEN
- Go to reZEN.
- Enter your login credentials to access your dashboard.
2️. Navigate to Your Profile
- On the main dashboard, locate the Profile tab (generally in the middle of the screen).
- Click on Profile. This will bring up your basic information, including your location, social media handles, and more.
3️. Enter Edit Mode
- Look for the Edit Profile button in the top right corner of your profile page.
- Click Edit Profile. A right-hand navigation panel will slide out, showing your personal and professional details.
4️. Scroll to Professional Business Information
- Scroll down until you find the Professional Business Information section.
- Find the field labeled: “Select Service Areas Zip / City / County”
5️. Add Your Serviceable Areas
- In this field, start entering the zip codes, cities, or counties where you provide real estate services.
- You must include at least one area, but there is no max limit — add as many as needed!
- Suggestions:
- Include all zip codes you actively service.
- Add cities to cover broader areas.
- Include counties if you serve clients county-wide.
6️. Save Your Updates
- Once you’ve added all desired service areas, scroll to the bottom of the panel.
- Click the Save button to confirm your updates.
7️. Verify Your Public Profile
- Open OneReal.com.
- Hover over Real Estate in the top navigation bar and click Find an Agent.
- Search for your name or the areas you just added to ensure your profile now displays under those locations.
8️. How Clients Find You
- Clients can now search by:
- Your name
- Your service locations (zip, city, county)
- Your profile will appear with your picture and service areas clearly listed.
- If you’re part of the Luxury Division or Real Military, clients can filter by these options too.
