To ensure your personal information in your reZEN account remains secure, reZEN requires email verification. Email verification is super easy and takes just a few seconds!
When verification is required, the pop-up below appears after entering your login username/email and password, or after creating your account if you are new to Real.
Check your inbox for the email address associated with your reZEN account. You will receive an email with the link to verify your email address. Click the link to complete the verification.
Didn’t receive the verification email? Wait 60 seconds and be sure to check your spam! If you don’t find the email in spam, return to reZEN and click Resend Verification Email.
That’s it - you’re verified! The link will open a new window that confirms that your email has been verified. Click Continue to Login to return to the login page, reenter your email/username and password, and continue as usual!
Still having trouble? Click Trouble Logging In on the login page.
Then, click Support in the lower right corner to submit a ticket to Real Support. The support team will assist you in regaining access to your account!

This is NOT working for my Broker account. I am locked out AGAIN. I cannot log into email. I cannot log into Rezen.
