There are a variety of reasons your transaction might have declined. Its good to understand what is occurring when they do. Here are some helpful tips:

Insufficient Funds
To ensure your business transactions go smoothly here are a few helpful tips
- Check the account balance before large purchases
- Transfer more funds into the account if needed
- Keep your commissions in the account! Not only will this earn you Reward Points for having a larger deposit amount but you will also earn points for purchases!
Exceeds Amount Limits
Most agents hit their limit due to our Security Settings feature.
- $1,00 per transaction
- $2,000 per day
Need to Make a Purchase Above These Limits?
If you’re making a transaction that exceeds these thresholds, follow these simple steps to authorize it:
- Attempt the transaction with your card.
- Look for a notification from reZEN. If you don’t see one, open the Wallet section in reZEN to check for a pending alert.
- Confirm the transaction within 5 minutes and reattempt within 15 minutes.
- Try the transaction again – it should now process successfully!
These security measures are in place to help protect your account from unauthorized use – because keeping your money safe is our top priority!
There are other cases where our banking partner may block a transaction.
These can include but are not limited to:
- Vendor is a high fraud risk / marked for fraud
- Multiple attempted purchases near the limit
- Purchase of illegal item
