If you have a Wallet account, you can instantly activate a virtual debit card, at no cost to you, within reZEN to access your funds immediately. No need to wait for your physical card to arrive. This virtual card enables you to make transactions immediately, whether you are entering card details online or adding it to digital wallets like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay for contactless in-store payments.
Issuing a Virtual Wallet Debit Card
When you navigate to your Wallet in reZEN, you will see a prompt appear directly underneath the images of your Wallet cards.
- Within the Get your virtual card now banner, click the Issue Card button.
- Your virtual card has now been issued and is ready for use.
If you aren't ready to activate the card, you can click Maybe Later on the pop-up. The prompt will disappear, but you can still activate the card at any time.
- Within the Wallet tab, click on the picture of your Wallet debit card.
- Click the Issue Card button within the Get your virtual card now banner.
- Your virtual card has now been issued and is ready for use.
Managing Your Virtual Card
Once your card is active, you have the option to manage the card by clicking on the three dots located just above the picture of your virtual card. Clicking this menu allows you to perform various actions, including:
- Freeze
- Manage PIN
- Report Lost or Stolen
- Close Card
Once the virtual card is closed, you will have the option to have a new virtual card reissued by clicking on the Issue Card button within the Get your virtual card now banner.
Note: You can have both an active physical card and an active Virtual Card at the same time. The transaction history for both cards will be combined within the Wallet section.
