There are a few ways you can add funds onto your card. The easiest is to ensure you are receiving your Commissions and RevShare into Wallet. If you don't have enough funds in your account to make a payment please review these alternative ways to add funds to your Wallet Business Checking Account(s).

Connecting your External Bank Account to Wallet via Plaid
Your external bank must use Plaid to use this feature.
- In your External Banking App/Website, locate the function to link an external account. (External Bank must use Plaid)
- Login/Verify yourself with Plaid
- When Institution box appears, search "Real Wallet" and select.
- Enter the phone number associated with your Wallet account to receive an OTP code.
- Enter the OTP code that was texted to you
- Select your Wallet account you would like to connect.
- Note: If you have both a Real Wallet Checking and Tax Planning accounts, you will need to do this process for both accounts if you wish to link them both.
- You should then see the ability to transfer funds to your Wallet account via your External Bank Account
If your bank does not use Plaid: Many banks offer transfer funds between accounts. If your bank supports this feature, you can add your Real Wallet Business Checking account as an external account and initiate transfers directly from your bank app.

Filter for only Allpoint+ Cash Deposit ATM's
At the ATM
- Insert your card: Insert your physical debit card into the machine.
- Select deposit: Choose the "Deposit Cash" or "Withdrawal Cash" option from the menu.
- Enter your PIN: Follow the prompts to enter your PIN.
- Select account: Select the account where you want to deposit the cash.
- Insert cash: Insert the bills one by one into the designated slot. Do not use an envelope.
- Confirm and finish: Review the transaction details, confirm, and then retrieve your card and receipt.
Cash deposits at Allpoint+ ATMs generally hit your account immediately or by the next business day, provided the deposit is made before the bank's cutoff time (often 2:30 PM PT to 3:00 PM ET). Deposits made after this time or on weekends are usually processed on the next business day
*Allpoint ATMs do not accept checks, envelopes, or non-US dollars
**ATM Deposits are limited to $2,000 per day. $1,000.00 per transaction

How to make a Mobile Check Deposit in ReZEN App
- Open Wallet in reZEN
- Click 'Accounts"
- Select the Account you want to upload your mobile check deposit into
- Business
- Tax Planning
- Just under the debit card you will see 'Deposit Check'
- Follow the prompts on your phone to deposit the check

Repayment on a Real Wallet Capital Loan
The only way to make a repayment on your Capital balance is through a Real Wallet account.
