You can add funds into either your Wallet Debit account(s); Business or Tax Planning via mobile check deposit. This is done directly in the reZEN Mobile App
Mobile check deposits take between 2-5 business days to clear. This time frame is known as the clearing period. The check clearing period is the time it takes for a deposited check to be processed and for the funds to become available in the recipient's bank account.
*Deposits made after 5 p.m. EST will be treated as if they were received on the next business day.

Check Photo Helpful Tips
We recommend following the guidelines below when initiating mobile check deposits:
- Hold the camera parallel to the item and match the check inside the guidelines on the phone
Dark background is recommended, consistent color without any patterns or obvious texture (marble tabletops or wood grain tabletops have been known to cause problems)
If taken against a light background, the optics may have trouble reading the edges of the item and therefore may not crop properly
- Make sure that the lighting is optimal without any shadowing
- The check should lie as flat as possible with no folds in order not to warp the image
