If you no longer need or want your Real Wallet Business Check Account and would like to close out your account(s) please contact the support team for assistance.
You can close or freeze your card at any time. Simply navigate to the card management section within Wallet. It's the three dots located next to the image of your card.
You are leaving the brokerage or have left but your Wallet account is still open.
If there are funds in the account you will still have access to reZEN and Wallet to transfer funds out.

The account will be closed after 30 days. If funds are still in the account the remaining balance will be issued to you via check and mailed to the address on file with your Wallet account.
If there are no funds in the account then it will be closed when you are officially off boarded from Real.
