ATM Withdrawal and Deposit for Real Wallet Accounts

You are able to withdraw funds and deposit funds into a Real Wallet account via an Allpoint ATM. 

For Cash withdrawal any Allpoint ATM will perform with action for a Real Wallet account

For Cash deposit you must be at an Allpoint PLUS location: Allpoint+.

Depending on your needs you will want to set the search filters accordingly. 

  1. Input your zip code
  2. Select filters
    • If needed an Allpoint+ ATM for deposit check only Allpoint+ Cash Deposit ATMs
  3. Click Search

For Allpoint+ ATMs look for this symbol

 

At the ATM

  1. Insert your card: Insert your physical debit card into the machine.
  2. Select deposit: Choose the "Deposit Cash" or "Withdrawal Cash" option from the menu.
    1. Deposit Cash only available at Allpoint+ locations
  3. Enter your PIN: Follow the prompts to enter your PIN.
  4. Select account: Select the account where you want to deposit the cash.
  5. Insert cash: Insert the bills one by one into the designated slot. Do not use an envelope.
  6. Confirm and finish: Review the transaction details, confirm, and then retrieve your card and receipt. 

Cash deposits at Allpoint+ ATMs generally hit your account immediately or by the next business day, provided the deposit is made before the bank's cutoff time (often 2:30 PM PT to 3:00 PM ET). Deposits made after this time or on weekends are usually processed on the next business day

*Allpoint ATMs do not accept checks, envelopes, or non-US dollars

 **ATM Deposits are limited to $2,000 per day. $1,000.00 per transaction
