If you entered your commission payer’s information in the transaction, they should receive an email with the commission document attached once you click Send Commission Document.
Note: If the transaction already closed, we will not send a Commission Document to the Commission Payer.
If a commission payer does not receive the commission document, you can easily download a copy from reZEN and attach it to an email.
To download a copy of any version of your commission document click My Transactions in the left side menu and select the transaction for which you need the commission document.
Then, click View Commission Documents.
Finally, click Download. A PDF of the commission document will be saved to your computer so you can attach it to an email.
That’s it, you’re done!
