License Compliance Questions
- Can an agent be paid when their license is expired and inactive? This varies per State or Province.
- Agent’s license is expired or inactive - cannot be affiliated with a Brokerage and cannot conduct RE Activities, including referring clients.
- An agent who is interested in joining but wishes to talk to the broker before making their decision.
- Notification to offboard from Real
- Issue with another agent, need broker support.
- Any other broker-related questions that support does not handle.
