What happens to my active/pending transactions when I change teams?

When you change teams, keep in mind that you may still owe your previous team leader a team split on any pending listings and transactions in accordance with your team agreement, unless otherwise specified by your team leader.

If a transaction was already entered in reZEN under your previous team, please reach out to teams@therealbrokerage.com for help transitioning to your new team.

If you have not yet entered your transaction, but still owe a split to your former team, you will add your former team leader as a referral on the transaction to ensure your team split is paid to your former team.
