Possibly, depending on your Team settings of Proration ON or Proration OFF.
ProTeams now has the option of no longer automatically prorating the Compliance and Broker Review (CBR) Fee or the Post Cap Transaction Fees with the Team Leader (Proration OFF). This will allow Team Leaders to be able to receive the credit toward their account for paying a Team Member's CBR and/or Post-Cap Transaction Fee on their behalf (see more details below).

When we update your Team Settings to reflect the Proration being OFF, It Affects Who Pays the Following Fees per Transaction:
- CBR Fee
- Post-Cap Transaction Fee (once Cap to Real is met)
What This Change Means:
✅ If proration is turned OFF, only Team Member(s) on the deal will pay the amount(s) of the CBR and Post-Cap Transaction Fee as they apply:
- 1 Team Member on the Deal? They will pay the full CBR Fee and the Post-Cap Transaction Fee (unless the Team Leader is covering a percentage of one/both of these fees on their behalf - see below).
- Multiple Team Members on the Deal? They will have the CBR Fee and the Post-Cap Transaction Fee prorated between them (unless the Team Leader is covering a percentage of one/both of these fees on their behalf - see below).
✅ If proration is turned OFF, Team Leaders are able to receive the credit toward their account for paying a Team Member's CBR and/or Post-Cap Transaction Fee on their behalf:
- If the Team Leader has chosen to cover a percentage of their Team Member's CBR and/or Post-Cap Transaction Fee, the Team Leader will still be charged those amounts. But, if proration is turned OFF, now the Team Leader will receive the credit toward their account for Elite Agent status on the Post-Cap Transaction Fee.
📌Reminder regarding credit towards Elite Agent status:
- If proration is turned OFF, whoever pays the Post-Cap Transaction Fee will receive the credit towards Elite Agent status.
- If proration is turned ON, the Team Leader will ONLY receive credit for their prorated portion of the Post-Cap Transaction fee toward Elite Agent Status. If the Team Leader elects to pay a portion of the Team Members' Post-Cap Transaction Fee, the Team Leader DOES NOT receive credit toward Elite Agent status for those fees that they covered on the Team Member's behalf.
✅ This Applies to New Transactions Only: To ensure a smooth transition, this configuration will only apply to newly created transactions after your ProTeam is updated. Nothing currently in flight in reZEN will be impacted.
