• Team Member owes 15% to Real, but this is covered by the Team Lead. 
• Team Member pays 10% to Team Member, 15% to Real, for a 75% net Commission. 

• Team Member pay 15% to Real.
• Team Member pays 25% to Team Leader.
• Team Member keeps 63.75% of Commission. 

The capping progress is the same in both cases.
