If you need to make a copy of a template to make updates - or if you want to make slight variations of an existing template, you can easily copy the template in Real Signature.
Step 1: go to Document Templates and click make a copy next to the template.
Step 2: Rename your document. For example, if you are making a copy of the Buyer Consumer Protection Notice, rename this Consumer Protection Notice (Seller).
Step 3: Click Transfer Fields if you want to transfer the fields to another person.
- This is super helpful if you are creating a "buyer" version or "seller" version
- Transfer all the Buyer fields to Seller fields
