How to Change your Two-Factor Authentication Settings (2FA) in reZEN

We are sorry you are having issues getting your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) code. We can reset that for you.

Please fill out THIS FORM completely to have your 2FA reset to allow you to set it up again.

Filling out the reZEN 2FA Reset Form:

  • Input your First Name (as seen in reZEN)
  • Input your Last Name (as seen in reZEN)
  • Birthday Date (this is important as it helps us to verify your reZEN profile)
  • reZEN Business phone # (this is our secondary method to verify your reZEN profile if the first method fails)
  • In the dropdown, choose whether you are an Agent or a TC.
  • Description: Reset 2FA
  • When you submit the form, you will see a message saying the form was not submitted and that you will need to verify your email address. You will need to go to your email and make that verification for the form to be submitted for completion. 

Setting up your 2FA:

Once you receive confirmation that your 2FA settings are reset, log into reZEN

  • If you are already logged into reZEN, please log out and then log back in

Decide which 2FA option you would like to use

  • The system will ask you to choose which option you prefer
     
  • You can receive your 2FA code:
    • By Text message
    • Or via an Authenticator app
       
  • Click on one of the following buttons:
    Proceed with Text Messages or Proceed with Authenticator

How to Set up Text Message - Two-Factor Authentication

To proceed with text message two-factor authentication, you will need a valid phone number - and you will need to receive text messages to access your account. 

  • Click Proceed with Text Messages
  • Then, enter your phone number and click Send Confirmation Code
  • Check your phone for a passcode
  • Copy/paste the passcode into reZEN and click Verify Code

That's it. You're done!

 

 

The next time you log in to your reZEN app you will see this screen after putting in your username and password

You will receive the 6-digit code via text message to the number you previously provided

If you do not receive the code or you take longer then five minutes to enter the code, simply click on “Resend Code” and another 6-digit code will be sent to you

How to Set up Authenticator App - Two-Factor Authentication

To proceed with an Authenticator App, you will need to first download an authenticator app. You may use any app you choose. If you are not sure which app to use, we recommend Google Authenticator as it's easy to use. 

If you use Google Authenticator:

  • In reZEN, click Proceed with Authenticator
  • Click + in the bottom right corner, then Scan a QR Code
  • Scan the QR code in reZEN
  • Real-Brokerage will appear in the Google Authenticator App. 


  • Copy/paste the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App into reZEN
  • Then click Verify Code.

That's it! You're done.
