Can I use 2FA if I have multiple phones / devices?

Yes, you can use the authenticator app to manage codes across multiple devices. When you setup 2FA, please select Proceed with Authenticator, then scan the QR code on all the devices that are authorized to use the account. 

• PRO TIP: save a screenshot of the code if you need to scan on other devices. 

Set up Authenticator App Two-Factor Authentication

To proceed with an Authenticator App, you will need to first download an authenticator app. You may use any app you choose. If you are not sure which app to use, we recommend Google Authenticator as it's easy to use. 

If you use Google Authenticator:

• In reZEN, click Proceed with Authenticator
• Click + in the bottom right corner, then Scan a QR Code
• Scan the QR code in reZEN
  • If you have multiple devices, scan this on all the devices that need access - or save a copy of the QR code to be scanned later. 
• Real-Brokerage will appear in the Google Authenticator App. 

• Copy/paste the 6 digit code from your Authenticator App into reZEN
• Then click Verify Code.
