How do I turn off Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

You cannot turn it off. This is required for all agents for security purposes. There are no exceptions to this. 

If you are traveling out of the country and will not have access to cell service, you can use the authenticator app. Support can help you switch from SMS to authenticator.
