How can I be in $100M Roundtable?
Membership is reset annually based on the prior year’s production, ensuring the group reflects current, top-level performance. Throughout the year, new members are added as their teams reach the $100M milestone or join Real having already achieved this level of production. This approach keeps the Roundtable dynamic, relevant, and representative of our highest-producing individuals and leaders.
