How can I be a Growth Ambassador?
Each December, potential Growth Ambassadors will be selected based on their Tenure Adjusted Network Coefficient. The top 50 agents with the highest scores (calculated by dividing agent network size by tenure with the company) will be invited to serve as Growth Ambassadors for the following year. Real’s management reserves the right to add Growth Ambassadors at their discretion.
