How can I be a Growth Ambassador?
Each December, potential Growth Ambassadors will be selected based on their Tenure Adjusted Network Coefficient and contribution to Real. The top agents with the highest scores (calculated by dividing agent network size by tenure with the company), along with those individuals that have provided significant contributions to Real, will be invited to serve as Growth Ambassadors for the following year. Real’s leadership reserves the right to make adjustments to the Growth Ambassador group as necessary to support alignment, effectiveness and overall program goals.
