What is it? 

The Leadership Advisory Board (LAB) is an advisory panel of Real agents and brokers from throughout the organization who provide agent perspectives and insights to Real’s corporate leadership. It is designed to serve as the collective voice of the agent body at Real.

Each fall, agents are invited to apply to become a member for the following year. New members are announced at RISE, our annual agent conference.
