This guide unlocks everything you need to understand your TC + Team Administrator profile with Real. Whether you are a TC or Team Adminstrator only at Real or a Real agent who also assists as a TC and Team Administrator, dive into managing agent connections, seamlessly viewing transactions, setting up your payout preferences, and working transactions to streamline your operations with Real.

How to log in
You can access your TC profile at https://bolt.therealbrokerage.com/login using your login credentials.
If you are a licensed agent with Real who also works as a TC or Team Administrator, the same login URL is used.
Your TC + Team Administrator Dashboard: How to view, send, and accept requests
Your TC + Team Administrator Dashboard can be located by selecting My Dashboard from the left-hand navigation bar.
In the Overview tab of your Dashboard, you can view your TC: Agent + Team Connections, your profile contract, your login information, and Transaction Coordinator Operating Areas
The most important of these sections is your TC: Agent + Team Connections and Transaction Coordinator Areas
TC: Agent + Team Connections is where you can actively manage your connections with teams and agents at Real. In this section, you will find your Active, Pending, and Past Connections
In this section, you can connect with any new agents you may be assisting!
Please note, if you are working with an individual agent, you can send the request from your profile to the agent directly, or the agent can send the request from their profile to yours.
If you are working with a Team, please have the Team Leaders send the request to you from their reZEN account. For Team connection, please see: How to set up New TCs on the TC Experience for ProTeams
The connection will show under Pending until both parties approve.
Here you can also resend, approve, or revoke a request.

How to send a connection request as a TC
How to accept a TC request as an Agent
For any agent or team you are connected with, to the right of their name, you will find an Action Icon.
If you no longer work with an agent or team, you can remove the connection by selecting Action and Remove Agent.
How to view Agent or Team Transactions
As a Team Administrator, your team leader has three options for Transaction Coordinator Permission Levels. A breakdown of these options can be found HERE
If you work with a Team but do not see the team listed under your Active or Pending Connections, please see: How to set up New TCs on the TC Experience for ProTeams to connect.
If your Team Leader has selected the TC 2 or Team Manager connection, they may grant you access to closed deals.
To view the Team Members or Historical Deals for the team, select the team name in the TC: Agent + Team Connection
Once in the team section of your account, you will see two tabs: Team Members and Historical Deals.
Team Members: Here, you can view all members of the team and team leaders along with their contact information.
Historical Deals: Here, if the team leader elects, you can view all closed transactions, listings, and referral deals that were processed before you connected with the team.
You can also search for Historical deals by the address, available filters, or transaction owner name.
Note: Historical Deals are only available for deals closed under a Pro Team at Real. If the deal closed previous to the Pro Team update, they will not be available in this section. Your team leader can assist with Pre Pro Team reports as needed.
If you would like to view deals for an individual agent you assist, you can do so by selecting the Deal icon (Transaction or Listings) next to their name in the TC: Agent + Team Connection section of your Dashboard Overview.
Once selected, you will be redirected to the My Transactions or My Listings page of your account. In this section, you can filter by Active, Closed, Terminated, and Drafted deals. You can also filter by All deals, Sales, Leases, and Referrals.
In My Listings or My Transactions, an agent dropdown will allow you to view deals by a specific agent, or if you are a TC and a Licensed Agent at Real, you can view your deals only!
You can also view deals by selecting the My Transactions and My Listings options on the left-hand side navigator of your reZEN account.
How to create a transaction for an Agent or Team

The start of a transaction or listing in your TC profile is simplified:
For an individual agent, locate the TC + Agent Connections section on your Dashboard and select the Action button to the right of the agents name.
For team transactions, select My Transactions or My Listings from the left hand side navigator of reZEN, then select Add Transaction or Add Listing in the right hand corner.
Quick Tip: For external referrals select My Transactions, then select Add Refferral!
Important note: When creating a transaction, listing, or referral you are required to list a Primary Agnet or Deal Owner. The Deal Owner should be the agent representing the client. Once a file is created the Deal Owner cannot be changed. The file will need to be terminated and re-entered with the correct Deal Owner
Your Profile, Payout Settings, and Outgoing Payments
On your Dashboard of your profile, you will see the following tabs: Overview, Profile, Payout Settings, and Outgoing Payments.
Note: The Overview tab is covered at the beginning of this article please see HERE to be taken back to the information for this section.
Your Profile tab is where all your basic information lives that was collected during the application process. In this section, you will also see an Edit Profile in the right-hand corner. If you need to update your business email or any personal information associated with your profile, select Edit Profile, update, and save.
The Payout Settings tab includes your payment information, including your account on file and Paid At name. This information is secure and not shared. Please ensure that you enter your Payment Information so that any payments from Real to you can be processed. To edit this information, simply select the Edit Icon on the right-hand side.

Lastly, we have the Outgoing Payments tab, which is where you will find all payments processed to you by Real. If your payment is added to a transaction and paid to Real first, the payment will be processed to you via direct deposit. These payments will show in your Outgoing Payments. The paid at date, in this section, is the date the funds left Real’s account to be paid to yours. These should show in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Note: If you are in a split check state and your TC fee is paid at closing, your payment will not show in this tab. Only payments sent from Real to your account will be visible.
