If you are not receiving email from Real - or if you have a notification in reZEN that states your email was banned, please reach out to your email provider and ask them to unban emails@emailrealbrokerage.com, emails@joinreal.com, and *@therealbrokerage.com from your account.
- The * is a wildcard character to make sure all emails from our domain will be received.
- reZEN notifications are sent from emails@emailrealbrokerage.com
- Any emails sent to your @joinreal.com email will be forwarded from emails@joinreal.com

If you are on a team and have an administrator for your email, please send the request to the email account administrator.
Once you get confirmation from your provider, please forward it to support@therealbrokerage.com so we can unban your email on our end.

Your email provider / administrator will need to unblock Real's email within your email client. Please reach out to your account representative directly. Below are some common troubleshooting tips:

Google Workspace Clients: If you are using Google Workspace (for a vanity email through Google), you can check out this article to complete troubleshooting.

GoDaddy: If you registered your email domain through GoDaddy, please contact them directly - link - or go through their whitelist steps: how to block or unblock senders as junk mail.

- Personal Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook - please contact their support team or check out these troubleshooting steps to add Real to your safelist.
- IONOS: reach out to your account rep to add Real to your Safe Senders list
- DreamHost: reach out to your account rep to add Real to the allow list
- InMotion Hosting: reach out to your account rep to whitelist Real in SpamExperts
- Namecheap: if you use namecheap for your email domain, please contact your account rep - or safelist Real emails.
- Hostinger: reach out to your account rep to whitelist Real in Hostinger
- SiteGround: reach out to your account rep to allow Real as a Sender
- HostPapa: reach out to your account rep to add Real to your Allowed senders list
