Any licensed agent with a Real Wallet Business Checking account can apply via reZEN. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to set one up during the process. Once active, simply select your desired amount and sign the agreement.

Are there specific account requirements?
Yes. You must have a Real Wallet Business Checking account and be enrolled in single-check commission payments (switching from split check is required).
Is a credit check required and what can I use funds for?
No credit check is required. Funds must be used for business purposes only, such as marketing, expansion, or managing cash flow between commissions.
What is the Origination Fee?
The origination fee for Real Wallet Capital is 1.5% of the amount borrowed.

Can I have multiple loans or use Commission Advance simultaneously?
You can borrow more if credit is available.
Will this impact my auto-deposit rules?
Yes. While a loan is active, you can only auto-deposit to Wallet accounts. External accounts can only be added once the loan is paid in full.
How do I spend funds without a physical card?
The virtual card is available the moment you are approved for a wallet account. It can be added to a digital wallet and used anywhere tap to pay is accepted.

Is eligibility based on residency or licensing state?

Real Wallet Capital is a business loan product offered by either Real Broker Financial, LLC or Real Broker Lending, LLC depending on your state, and the lender for your loan will be identified in your loan agreement. Loans are available only in select states and require an active Real Wallet Business Checking Account and single-check commission payments. Loans are for business purposes only and may not be used for consumer or household purposes. Pre-approval and the potential loan amount are determined based on your business history and financial performance with The Real Brokerage. Pre-approval is not a guaranteed offer of credit. Final approval is subject to eligibility verification, underwriting, and review of account status, including outstanding advances and brokerage debts. Repayment terms include monthly payments of 2% of the outstanding balance plus variable payments tied to commission and revenue share income. For approved loans, same-day funding is generally available for applications submitted before 3:00 p.m. ET on business days; funding times may vary and are not guaranteed.
