Where do I locate my Commissions in Wallet?
You can see them on the main page of Wallet under the Activity tile. Even if you don't have a Real Wallet Business checking or Tax Planning account your commissions will still appear there.

Can I still use Split Payment?
Split Check agents can only use the Tax planning accounts to have funds go into Wallet after a transaction is completed.

- For seamless integration with your Real Wallet, consider opting in to single-check payment. This means that the full commission is remitted to Real, and then disbursed directly into your Real Wallet Business Checking Account.

- Real Wallet Rewards are issued to those with a Real Wallet Business checking account by way of using the card for transactions. See: Real Wallet Rewards
Can I add my Real Wallet Business Checking account to Quickbooks?
Connect your Real Debit Business Checking account to QuickBooks today! Select The Real Brokerage as the bank and use the phone number you provided when signing up for the card.

What money will be deposited into my Real Wallet Checking Account?
Once you have been approved for an account, any commission and revenue share payments from Real will be deposited into your Real Wallet(s). You can set a percentage to be sent to either your Debit account or Tax Planning account and, if wanted, one outside bank account. To do this please update your Auto Deposit Rules.

How do Auto Deposit Rules work?

- Select Source: Choose all earnings or specific types like commissions or revenue share.
- Select Accounts & Percentages: Pick the accounts and assign percentages for each.
- Sit Back & Relax: Once you set the rules, Real will handle the automatic transfer of your money to the designated accounts, so you can sit back and relax
Will the debit card affect my Credit Score?
No, debit cards do not affect a person's credit score.
Can I open multiple Real Wallet accounts?
The Real Wallet currently offers two account options: a Business Checking Account and a Tax Planning Business Checking Account. At this time, only one of each account option can be opened per account holder.
Stock Tile
The stock tile in Wallet shows you your Vested and Unvested amounts with an 'as of date'. This information is updated once a month. Keep in mind, this might differ from what you see in ShareWorks. For the latest, most precise details, ShareWorks is your go-to place.
