You can order a replacement card at any time! Replacement cards will have the same card number, CVV and expiration date and do not require a new/updated PIN.
If your card has been lost or stolen, please use "Report Lost or Stolen" and contact wallet support for further assistance.
Ordering a Physical Card
- Open Wallet in reZEN
- Click on the Account you need to issue a new card for
- Business Account
- Virtual and Physical cards
- Tax Planning
- Virtual card only
- Business Account
- Click on the three dots next to your card
- Select Replace Card
- Confirm the address or update it
If you need to use a different shipping address you can do so within the review replacement card details.
Ordering a Virtual Card
If you need to replace your virtual card first close the card
- Open Wallet in reZEN
- Click on the Account you need to issue a new card for
- Business Account
- Virtual and Physical cards
- Tax Planning
- Virtual card only
- Business Account
- Click on the three dots next to your card
- Select Close Card
- Refresh the web page
- You will then be prompted to get a new virtual card
- Click Issue Card
- Set the PIN after the card is active
